You may request a return if the product is:
Damaged at the time of delivery
Defective
Incorrect item delivered
Incomplete (missing parts/accessories)

The product must be unused
Must be returned in original packaging (box)

Accessories
Manuals / warranty cards (if applicable)

If the returned product is found in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to reject the return and send it back (delivery charges will apply).

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
