✅ Returns Accepted If:

You receive a damaged or broken product. The product is different from what was shown in the ad or description (e.g., wrong color, model, or design). In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item by contacting our support team with clear pictures or video evidence of the issue.

❌ Returns NOT Accepted If:

• You change your mind after the purchase.

• The product was used, installed, or damaged after delivery.

• Minor color variations due to screen settings or lighting.

🔁 Return Process:

2. Our team will verify the issue within 1–2 working days.

3. Once approved, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

4. After inspection, a replacement or refund will be issued based on availability.

💸 Refunds:

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

• Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 5 working days (within Pakistan)

• Remote Areas: May take up to 7 working days

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan including major cities and remote areas via trusted courier services.
